You can follow the Standard Setup Process here too. But if your TV browser isn't working, follow these methods to install cloudstream.
Before starting the process
Step 1 Make sure that you have installed the downloader.
for Android tv
for Fire tv
Step 2 Have enabled unknown sources in developer options.

#The process
Step 1 Open Downloader on your device
Step 2 In the search box, type 532423, and wait 5 seconds.
Step 3 Once the timer is up, click install on the popup
Step 4 Click install once again to install Cloudstream
Step 5 Click Launch
Before starting the process
Step 1 Download Send Files to Tv on both tv and mobile device.
Step 2 Download cs3 
Stable or 
Pre-release in mobile
Step 3 Connect both devices to same Wi-Fi
